Fiberglass Tanks

Fiberglass tanks have unique characteristics that set them apart from other materials, such as:

  • Lighter weight
  • Highly resistant to corrosive substances
  • 100% customizable to the client’s needs (height, diameter, thickness, material)
  • High tensile strength and resistance to internal and external pressure, as required

Fiberglass Pipes

Custom-made isometric pipes manufactured by pitsafrp.com installed at the client's site.

Fiberglass pipes are ideal for safely transporting highly corrosive substances. Thanks to their high circumferential strength, they can handle pressures of up to 300 PSI, or full vacuum (negative pressure).

We are also experts in the manufacturing and design of isometric pipes, which are often complex since they must be designed 100% to spec.

Fiberglass Ducts

Installation of a large-diameter fiberglass duct system for gas transport.

Fiberglass ducts are similar to pipes but designed to handle large volumes of air, gas, or vapor through considerably larger diameters.

In our plant, we can manufacture ducts with diameters of up to 120" (inches), fully customized to client specifications.

Ducts can be built for positive pressure up to 300 PSIG, or full vacuum (negative pressure).

Fiberglass Grating

Stock of many standard-sized yellow molded fiberglass grating panels.

Molded fiberglass grating is designed for pedestrian or vehicle traffic in areas prone to corrosion or where corrosive splashes are frequent.

This includes places such as:

  • Industrial plants with chemical processes
  • Coastal areas where steel rusts easily and quickly loses its integrity
  • Internal equipment, such as FRP tanks, that require internal inspection or sectioning (for example, an industrial scrubber with a substrate zone where microorganisms live to clean air or other contaminants)
