- Complete design calculations using MathCad™
- Authorized technical drawings using AutoCad™ before production begins
Our engineering department is available to support our clients and ensure that equipment is manufactured according to their specific requirements.
Key Design Considerations
The design process includes detailed information about:
- Raw materials and manufacturing process
- Technical data of the equipment
- Operating conditions such as:
- Internal and external pressure
- Operating temperature
- Specific gravity of the content
- Seismic and wind loads
- Special loads (if applicable)
Advanced Technology
- For complex or critical designs, we use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify structural performance under demanding conditions.
Project Management and Tracking
PITSA's project management system is based on meticulous work order tracking, which details:
- Customer specifications

The Quality Control department is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance throughout the process.
Inspection Procedures
For each project, we prepare an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in accordance with:

- Specific client requirements
Detailed reports are generated to document compliance and traceability.

Each piece of equipment is delivered with a complete technical dossier including:
- A full set of detailed manufacturing drawings
- Complete design calculation package

Warranty
All equipment manufactured by PITSA includes a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
