• Our engineering department is available to support our clients and ensure that equipment is manufactured according to their specific requirements.

Key Design Considerations

The design process includes detailed information about:

• Raw materials and manufacturing process
• Technical data of the equipment
• Operating conditions such as:
  • Internal and external pressure
  • Operating temperature
  • Specific gravity of the content
  • Seismic and wind loads
  • Special loads (if applicable)

Advanced Technology

• For complex or critical designs, we use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify structural performance under demanding conditions.

Project Management and Tracking

• PITSA's project management system is based on meticulous work order tracking, which details:

  • Customer specifications
  • Technical drawings

  • Testing and inspection requirements

• The Quality Control department is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance throughout the process.

Inspection Procedures

• For each project, we prepare an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in accordance with:

• Detailed reports are generated to document compliance and traceability.

Warranty

All equipment manufactured by PITSA includes a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
